By accessing or using FanVault ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to register as a Creator or to purchase a subscription as a Fan. By registering or subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
Creators must provide accurate registration information, including a valid UPI ID for payouts and an Instagram handle for verification purposes. All new Creator accounts are subject to manual review and approval before going live. Fans access paid content via an email-verified purchase; no separate fan account is required.
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, a Creator grants FanVault a limited license to host, display, and deliver that content to paying subscribers as part of operating the Platform.
Creators may invite other creators to FanVault using a personal referral link. If an invited creator is approved and remains active, the referring Creator may earn a percentage-based commission on that invited creator's earnings for a limited window, as shown in the Creator dashboard at the time of sharing. Referral commissions are paid out alongside regular Creator payouts and are subject to change or discontinuation at FanVault's discretion. Abuse of the referral program (e.g. self-referrals, fraudulent accounts) will result in forfeiture of referral earnings and possible account suspension.
The following are strictly prohibited on FanVault, with zero tolerance:
Violations result in immediate content removal and account suspension, and may be reported to law enforcement where required by law.
Anyone can report content or a Creator account for review — no login required. Reports can be filed directly from a Creator's page or by contacting us. Reports involving suspected underage content, non-consensual content, or illegal material are prioritized and reviewed on an urgent basis. When a report is filed, we notify the Creator that a report exists on their account so they are not blindsided by any resulting action; we do not disclose the reporter's identity. We will remove content that violates these Terms and may suspend or permanently ban the associated account.
Creators are solely responsible for ensuring all content they upload is their own, that all individuals depicted are 18+ and have given informed consent to appear in and to the distribution of the content, and that the content complies with all applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, or at our discretion to protect the safety of our users.
FanVault is provided "as is." We are not liable for content uploaded by Creators, disputes between Creators and Fans, or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
